AuTech robot gluing stationThe components are moved into the system on a WT via a Bosch transfer system. An industrial robot positions the components under a Vieweg glue dispenser.
Either a glue dot or a glue bead can be applied via the “External TCP Function”. The geometries are transferred to the robot by simply reading in CAD data.
Aluminum profiles with a length of 300 – 750mm are taken from a profile saw and inserted into a punching machine and removed again after the punching process.
After that the punching burr is brushed off by rotating brushes.
The finished ladder tread is stacked into a provided pallet.

Blow-molded hollow bodies are produced in a blow-molding machine and are removed from the mold under cleanroom conditions and placed on a conveyor belt.

A Yaskawa Motoman MH12 robot alternately unloads two bending machines and feeds the bent tubes first to the AuTech AS60 tube cutting machine and then to the AuTech coil upsetting machine.
The upset collar is checked for roundness and diameter by a camera system.

PE – film bags are produced on a film sealing machine (Hudson-Sharp) and provided on pins as so-called “wickets” of the robot system for packing into outer cartons.
