Plastic ampoules are fed as bulk material into the storage hopper of the machine. A belt system separates the products and feeds them to a robot system. The robot system consists of 2 Delta Picker MPP3 from Yaskawa Motoman and a Cognex InSight camera.
The products are inserted into the packaging chain of the form fill and seal machine (Fuji Wrapper). The shrink-wrapped products are inserted by a 6-axis robot MH5 into a clocking packaged goods chain of a cartoning machine.

The products are placed on a 2-lane infeed belt to the form, fill and seal machine with rotary system for sealed edge bags (HDG). Two 6-axis GP8 robots pick up the ampoule bars from the infeed belt and fill the pre-sealed pouches from the rotary table during downtime.
Aluminum bags are picked from the running infeed belt with vacuum gripper and stacked into the cup chain of the cartoning machine according to the recipe preselection.
